To provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to Club members and guests in a concession stand environment. Greet members with a smile and conduct one’s self in a friendly and professional manner, responding to both members and guests needs and desires swiftly. Uphold the club policies in a polite and professional manner, and inform management of any policy concerns or infractions. Provide an environment of pride and teamwork for all employees. To become the standard that all other Food and Beverage departments will envy.
• Open and close Cabana
• Stock Cabana products
• Check Cabana before, during and after shift to maintain cleanliness
• Provide excellent service to all members/guests.
• Assist Poolside Servers with pool area cleanliness
