Hotel Room Policies

Hotel Room Reservations:

We offer 17 hotel rooms with king and twin beds for your overnight guests. If you are planning a business meeting or banquet, you may want to consider hotel accommodations.

Information required to make a hotel room reservation:

  • Arrival and departure dates.

  • Guest’s name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

  • Credit card information- we accept Visa or Master Card.

  • A deposit at the time of reservation for each room reserved, equal to one night's room rate. Deposits are forfeited if proper cancellation notice is not received - one week notice during the off season or two week notice in season. Rooms booked for one week or more require 30-day cancellation notice at any time of year.

  • For non-members, the name of the Lafayette Club function the guest is attending or a confirmed Lafayette Club member sponsor's name.



Hotel Room Policies:

  • ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKE FREE. Guests who choose not to abide by this policy will be charged a $100.00 fee.

  • Check - in time is 3:00 p.m.

  • Check - out time is 11:00 a.m. Check-outs after 12:00 noon will be charged one-half day's room rate. If you are leaving before 7:30 a.m., please make arrangements to pay your bill the night before you leave.

  • Guests will be charged $10.00 for each lost key.

  • Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms at any time.

  • Lafayette Club reserves the right to substitute rooms in order to best accommodate our guests.

  • Outside alcohol may not be brought into the rooms. A corkage fee will be applied to alcohol not purchased through Lafayette Club.

  • Guests who are loud or disrupting other guests after 11:00 p.m. may be asked to leave.

  • Any damage or theft to the guest rooms will be billed to your account.
