Tennis Policies

CHILDREN
All children and their friends must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult while at the Club unless they are playing tennis or are participating in a youth program. This is especially important when children are moving about the grounds, such as near the tennis facility. Crossing the golf course can be very hazardous.

GRANDCHILDREN
Grandchildren of members, 25 years and under, will not be charged guest fees when they are with their grandparents. Minor grandchildren are eligible for Lafayette children’s programs if their grandparents hold the appropriate membership.

DRESS CODE
Colors are acceptable. “Cut off” pants, muscle shirts and bathing suits are not allowed.

COURT RESERVATIONS
Please register in the Tennis Shop before taking a court. Court reservations are encouraged and may be made up to one week in advance at 952-471-7009. Due to heavy open play, there will be $20 charge if court is not cancelled within two hours of reserved court time.

Private parties or special events may be scheduled at any time. Please see Claudia regarding special arrangements. A maximum of four courts may be reserved for a private party. One member must be present for each foursome. Club sponsored events take precedence over reservations.

LOCKER USE
There are 12 lockers in each locker room available for members' daily use. Please ask the shop
attendant for a key. These are for daily use at no charge.
