Fitness Classes
Lafayette Club offers a variety of fitness classes at a variety of times for your convenience.
We welcome Lafayette members of all membership categories and all levels of fitness. Calendars are available at the
Hospitality Desk. To sign up for classes, please call 952-471-6428. A 24-hour cancellation policy will apply. Gift certificates are available for classes and personal training to be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Personal Training
Our friendly, knowledgeable certified trainers are available to create your personalized workout. We recommend an initial session with a trainer to acquaint you with our equipment, to prevent injury and enhance your workout. Trainers are available by appointment at:

Strength Training Express with Claudia Whiteley
9:00- 9:45am Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:30- 6:15pm Wednesdays (students are welcome too!)
Wake up your body with a great workout featuring free weights, bands, bars and balls. Everyone works out at their own pace. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome. Get a total body workout in just 45 minutes! Fee: $10.00 per class. Please sign up, as class size is limited.
Vinyasa Yoga with Jenna Nordstrom
8:30- 9:30am Wednesdays & Fridays
8:00- 9:00am Saturdays
Jenna will guide you through an intense workout that will strengthen and restore your body as you prepare for a new day. Each pose will be explained and demonstrated including modifications for all ages and abilities. Fee: $12.00 per class. Please sign up, as class size is limited.
Zumba with Laurie Sigel
9:15- 10:15 am Saturdays
6:00- 7:00 pm Tuesdays
Join us for an easy-to-follow high intensity aerobic workout. Zumba is simplified Latin dance (primarily Salsa, Merengue, Reggeaton, Latin Pop, Samba and Cumbia). It's a fun way to burn 500+ calories per hour, greatly improve your heart health, tone your body and set those endorphins flying! Women and men welcome. Fee: $12 per class. Please sign up, as class size is limited.
